REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your Mimio product(s) must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at orders@mimiohealth.com
If your return has been accepted by our team, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return through orders@mimiohealth.com will not be accepted.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGES
Please ensure to inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent to you so that we can resolve this issue.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund, and note that depending on your financial institution the refund may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
SECTION 4 - 100% HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
We have meticulously researched, developed and third-party tested our product to ensure you’re receiving the most high-quality product on the market. If within 30 days of your order delivery date you are unsatisfied, we’ll refund your purchase.
Please note: For subscriptions, only your first order is eligible for a refund within the 30 day window. If you receive a second order, due to failing to cancel your subscription in time, only your first order is eligible for a refund.
