    This one is worth it for me

    My energy is better, my appetite is more regulated, and brain fog is minimzed when I take it! I'm terrible at taking supplements in pill form consistenly, but I'm buckling down because this one is worth it for me. (Not a paid promoted, just a health nerd in perimenopause)

    the reduction in food noise is already SO drastic

    Only 2 days in and the reduction in food noise is already SO drastic! I cannot believe how quickly this is working__

    If it continues, I will easily be able to stick with a OMAD plan and increase the number of 48 hour fasts each month. Thank you so much, Mimio!

    True Miracle for Me

    This has been working great for me! My hunger has completely gone down. I don't feel the need to binge eat at all anymore either. I have a lot of energy! I stagger the supplement so I feel the appetite suppression longer (although I feel it lasts most of the day) but I take one capsule an hr before my first meal and then the second one a few hours later or so. I've been on it for a week and have seen the scale go down! I just feel so normal. i have ADHD and have had binge problems my whole life but the food noise has gone down so much and I feel like i can choose when and what I eat. I really hope this supplement continues to work and my body doesn't get used to it as it has with others in the past. True miracle for me!
