    Amazed and delighted

    I’ve been taking it a month and I am amazed that I’m not craving chocolate and other junk food. When I stared I wasn’t really sure what to expect. But I want to keep taking it for my health and to loose weight.

    This one is worth it for me

    My energy is better, my appetite is more regulated, and brain fog is minimzed when I take it! I'm terrible at taking supplements in pill form consistenly, but I'm buckling down because this one is worth it for me. (Not a paid promoted, just a health nerd in perimenopause)
