I began what I thought was a 3month journey with Mimio in March, and then did not renew my subscription. However, I have since decided to subscribe indefinitely when I noticed a regression during the weeks I wasn’t taking it, and I am so happy to be back! I’m a 36yo active female in good health, the only other daily supplement I take is Seed. What brought me to Mimio is that I started to see the natural effects of aging- wrinkles, lower energy, sore body. I was on the fence about trying a longevity supplement because I thought I was too young, however after some research on healthy aging and cellular repair and the benefits of fasting, I decided it's never too early to start. For me, there wasn't an immediate bodily shift (I take 2 pills once a day in the AM)- but I've seen and felt how the formula works over time. Most notable for my lifestyle: I was far less achey and sore after workouts (I lift weights 3-4 days a week and do cardio), noticed fewer breakouts and a glowing complexion, reduced appetite (no more mindless snacking), and sharper focus and better sleep. When I wasn’t taking Mimio during that subscription pause, I felt lethargic, my skin lost its youthful glow, I was sore for longer after workouts, and I started snacking more. I am back on Mimio for a month now and have already seen the reversion back to my initial subscription. Mimio is wonderful and I will be a lifetime customer!
