    Good for performance

    I could feel the difference on my HIIT and running activities. Everybody in my class or people in the gym looks sweaty and tired, but I, in another hand don’t feel tired at all. I am now recommending to everyone who are very active, but feel limitation, maybe age or cardiovascular issues. My VO2max increased in first 2 days. I am almost 52 and easily can commit with 30 year olds :))

    10 days in and 80% reduction in pain level

    It's been about 10 days since I started taking Mimio, and I'm thrilled to share that I feel better every single day. I've been dealing with arthritis in my hips and focusing on restoring balance within my body to support the healing process. The pain has often been so intense that I often avoided walking more than absolutely necessary. Determined to explore every option to avoid hip surgery, I’ve been seeking solutions to strengthen and support my joints.

    After taking Mimio for just over a week, I was able to take a reformer Pilates class—a huge milestone for me! It was such an exciting momentI know how important it is to build strength in my glutes and abs to better support my hip joints. I am taking it slow but the progress I have seen with Mimio gives me hope and motivation to keep moving forward.

    It truly feels like I’m on the road to healing. Typically, I expect to use a product for 90 days before noticing any changes, so I am so happy and surprised to feel the difference with Mimio so quickly. I’m excited to see what the next 60 days will bring. I have a 80% pain reduction in from where I was and where I am.

    I’m incredibly grateful that I tried Mimio and for this renewed sense of hope!
